Rob Berry has almost thirty years of experience
consulting with entrepreneurs and business owners on their tax and business
matters. Rob’s specific areas of
expertise have focused on entity structures, divestitures and other exit
strategies and transactional and operational issues. Rob began his career with
Arthur Andersen working with large corporations and high net worth
individuals.
Prior
to joining the firm, Rob worked for five years as Director of Finance for a
private investment company where he was responsible for all of its tax and
financial matters as well as those of its diversified portfolio of companies.
Rob is
also active in the community. In
recent years, he has served as a Director for several non-profit
organizations including The American Lung Association and The Freeman
Hospital Foundation.
Rob graduated with honors from the
