Cindy Hwang has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting.  She specializes in corporate taxation and provides tax consulting, compliance and planning services to companies in a variety of industries.  She also provides specialized FAS109 and FIN48 consulting services to publicly held companies. 

Prior to joining the firm in January 2008, Cindy worked with several large accounting firms including Ernst and Young LLP and also within the internal tax department at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. 

Cindy is a regular speaker for professional education programs in the areas of corporate consolidation and multi-state tax issues. 

Cindy earned her undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan, and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University in California.

A Certified Public Accountant, Cindy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the California Society of Certified Public accountants.
