Robert Fleming is a Principal with the GSBB Business Risk Consulting and Internal Audit practice. Mr. Fleming is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has more than 18 years of information technology internal audit and public accounting experience within the Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. 

Prior to joining GSBB, Mr. Fleming managed the information technology audit functions for several large organizations to include Experian North America and MedPartners. He also serviced as a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Enterprise Risk Services group. During his tenure with Deloitte, Mr. Fleming specialized in managing IT audits for the firm’s healthcare audit practice. His clients included HealthNet, Good Samaritan Hospital and Sierra Health Services of Nevada. Mr. Fleming’s other prior work experience includes First Interstate Bank of California (Senior IT Auditor), PacifiCare (Senior IT Auditor) and Manufacturers Hanover Bank (Financial/Operational Auditor). Mr. Fleming has also instructed IT Audit courses for UCLA’s Extension Program.  

Mr. Fleming earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting from the City University of New York, Queens College, Mr. Fleming is an active member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA).
