Mr. Jain has more than nine years of experience providing financial accounting and audit services, taxation, business advisory and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 consulting to a broad range of companies in the real estate, finance, high technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail and service industries. In recent years, Mr. Jain has also devoted substantial time providing FAS109 and FIN48 consulting services to publicly held companies.
Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Jain has developed and taught various technical training courses. Prior to joining GSBB, he gained valuable experience at Arthur Andersen LLP.
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Mr. Jain earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialty in Accounting Theory and Practice.
Mr. Jain is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of certified Public Accountants as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
