Ms. Isaacs has many years of experience consulting with clients on both income and transactional taxes.  She has extensive experience working with large public and privately held corporations as well as middle market companies.  Ms. Isaacs’s core practice focuses on providing tax strategy, consulting, compliance and planning services to multi-state tax corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.  In addition, Ms. Isaacs’s also has expertise in the areas of multi-state sales and use tax.  She consults with clients to identify tax savings opportunities as well as mitigate risks related to non-compliance exposure.  Her knowledge working as a former state auditor has allowed her to help clients minimize assessments and to identify overpayments during the course of an audit. 

Ms. Isaacs has developed and delivered training curriculum to professionals in a variety of tax areas. She has also taken a leadership role in training the firm’s international tax processors. 

Prior to joining Good Swartz Brown & Berns LLP, Ms. Isaacs worked in the tax department of an international corporation, was a multi-state tax consultant for Deloitte & Touché, LLP, and was a sales and use tax auditor with the California State Board of Equalization.
