Maier Rosenberg has more than 30 years of business experience providing business
advisory, accounting and auditing services to privately held and public
companies in the emerging and middle markets. He has worked with clients in a
variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and
professional services.
Prior to joining GSBB, Mr. Rosenberg served for 5 years as Chief Operating
Officer of a middle market manufacturing company and prior to that as the
Regional Managing Partner for a national public accounting firm and as Partner
In-Charge of the local office’s Commercial Industry Practice. Mr. Rosenberg has
extensive business consulting experience guiding his clients through debt
financings, acquisitions and divestitures as well as assistance with operational
and manufacturing process improvements. Mr. Rosenberg has also developed and
conducted professional development courses in the accounting and audit
methodology fields.
Active in the community, Mr. Rosenberg is past president of Big Sisters of Los
Angeles and Temple Aliyah and currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee
for the Rape Foundation and as a member of the Executive Committee for the
Pacific Southwest Region of Conservative Judaism.
Mr. Rosenberg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the
University of Illinois, Chicago. His professional designations include
membership in the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
