Rajiv Mehra has over 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing.  Mr. Mehra serves the manufacturing, real estate, retail and distribution industries, as well as professional service providers.  He has been a partner of the firm since 1986.

 Mr. Mehra is responsible for quality control, in-house training and continuing professional education of the staff to ensure that Good Swartz Brown & Berns maintains a high standard of excellence in serving clients.  He is also involved in professional staff recruitment.

Mr. Mehra is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of St. Stephen's College, Mr. Mehra was enrolled in the honors program.  In 1971 he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  Following graduation, he went to London, England where he was certified as a Chartered Accountant.

After working five years in London, he came to the United States and attended graduate school at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  He received a scholarship for academic excellence as an Outstanding Foreign Student, and was awarded his Master of Arts in Business Administration in 1978.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Mehra is active in several professional organizations, including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  Mr. Mehra is also a charter member and finance chair of TiE─SoCal, The Indus Entrepreneurs – a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurial ventures – and a member of the University of Massachusetts Business Alumni Association.
