John Ney specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 / internal controls consulting, financial accounting, audit, SEC reporting and business advisory services. He has experience in managing Section 404 projects for multinational accelerated filers and middle-market companies.  In addition, John has expertise in Integrated Internal Control and  Enterprise Risk Management analysis resulting in improved control effectiveness and efficiency.  Mr. Ney has a broad range of experience and has spent more than 15 years serving companies in the high technology, manufacturing, distribution and service industries. 

During his career, Mr. Ney previously worked for two global accounting firms, Ernst & Young LLP and Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, and joined GSBB in 2007. 

A graduate of Lehigh University, Mr. Ney earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics, with a major in Accounting. He also has a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Systems Management.  Mr. Ney is a Certified Public Accountant.
