Mr. Nunis brings 14 years of accounting, auditing and business advisory experience to the firm, serving privately and publicly held companies in the emerging and middle markets as well as mature companies in the Fortune 100 marketplace.  Mr. Nunis has tremendous experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, entertainment, retail, distribution and high technology.

Prior to joining GSBB, Mr. Nunis was a founder and partner of Croutch Nunis Matthews LLP, where he devoted the majority of his time toward consulting with business owners and CFO’s on highly technical accounting issues.  Mr. Nunis began his career with Arthur Andersen where he gained significant experience guiding clients through initial and secondary public offerings, debt and equity financings, and acquisition and divestiture analysis.

Mr. Nunis earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Texas.  His professional designations include membership in the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
