Ellen Rosen joined GSBB in 2004.  She provides clients with her unique knowledge of estate planning and taxation, fiduciary and individual taxation, and reporting and formation for private foundations and other non-profits.

Most recently, Ms. Rosen was a senior attorney in the Trust and Estates practice group at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.  Prior to that, she was a member of the Personal Financial Consulting group at Ernst & Young LLP,  providing planning and compliance services to high net worth individuals and non-profit entities.  Ms. Rosen has also been a financial analyst in various industries.

Ms. Rosen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.  She also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.

An active professional, Ms. Rosen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council.
