Tran Dao has 9 years of experience in a variety of industries providing tax consulting, compliance and planning services to corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals.  She has specific expertise in consolidation and multi-state taxation matters.  She also consults with public companies on complex technical issues ranging from the implementation of accounting standards (SFAS 109 and FIN 48) to planning for ramifications of pending transactions.

Ms. Dao received her undergraduate degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge.  She is working on her Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Dao is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
