Swartz, GSBB’s Firm Wide Managing Partner, was named President of the California Board of Accountancy effective January 1, 2007. Mr. Swartz has served on the Board of Accountancy since January 2004 when he was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger "We are all very proud of Dave and his record of service to our State, our Community and our Profession.
